Healer/Practitioner Guidelines & Information
Thank you so much for your interest in bringing your healing art to Evolution 2020!
Before you submit your application, here are some key details about what you’ll commit to giving and receiving as a featured healer at this event.
How It Works
One of the most unique and exciting components of my Evolution events is the Evening of Healing.
During this event, participants can enjoy 15-minute mini-sessions with healers like you to help them to ground and integrate what they’ll be learning during our daytime workshop sessions.
We will provide you with a screened booths and tables; you will be responsible for bringing any additional equipment such as massage tables, mats, or other supplies.
Attendees will sign up for time slots during the morning before our healing event, so you will have a schedule before the evening begins. Healing times will begin at 8:00 PM and go through 9:45 PM (for a total of 7 time slots).
If you’d like to provide a healing service at this event, here are some FAQs:
We are looking for healing and energy work services such as: Reiki, massage (including chair massage), thai massage, oracle card readings, runic readings, subconscious release work, craniosacral therapy, and other non-denominational modalities.
You must be able to deliver a mini-version of your service in 15 minutes or less in order to flow within the evening’s schedule.
You can absolutely share your business cards, printed materials, and any other materials with those who sign up for your healing services; however, you may not sell service packages or conduct transactions in the event space. (You can, however, have a sign-up sheet in your booth where people can register to connect with you or receive further information after the event is over.)
My Commitment to Our Healers
Evolution 2020 is a fully collaborative environment. I want you to bring your full self forward and be seen for the stellar creator you are—and that includes the healing work that you’re doing!
To that end, in addition to space to share your services, I include for all of our healers:
A pre-event interview video broadcast to our Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram audience, which you can share and add to your own channels.
Inclusion of your info and links in event marketing.
A color 1/2 page ad in our workbook which can include an invitation to connect or a free product or service.
The option to insert printed materials or goodies in our gift bag.
The option to feature books, oracle cards, products, or other items in our pop-up store.
And, of course, the opportunity to connect in person with our fully-engaged audience of female entrepreneurs, changemakers, and leaders!
In return, I ask that:
You purchase your event ticket (regular or VIP—it’s up to you) no later than January 1, 2020. This is in lieu of any sponsorship fees.
You join in on the promotion process. It’s part of our value system that our collective of healers bring an equal amount of excitement and intention to the creation of our event space. Therefore, I ask that you commit to spreading the word about EVOLUTION 2020 to your audience, friends, and clients. We’ll make it super easy with pre-written social posts, emails, and images—all you need to do is follow the promo schedule! Plus, this only increases visibility for you and your work!
You are present for the entire event. I know that travel and timing can get complicated around events, but as a healer and sponsor it’s vital that you are present and visible throughout the whole event. This creates an energetic solidarity and shows audience members that you’re there for them, too. It also gives you an opportunity to connect personally with everyone who you’ll be working with during our Evening of Healing, and who loved what they learned about you in our promo and print ads!
